Dripify operates through a direct order and inquiry model. Products may be displayed on the website with guide prices, descriptions, sizes, colors, and product details. Final availability, pricing, delivery timing, payment details, and order confirmation must be confirmed directly through WhatsApp or Instagram before processing begins.
All product prices shown on the website are for guidance unless confirmed directly. Product availability and pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Final prices may depend on product availability, selected size, selected color, delivery method, destination, and order-specific requirements.
If an item becomes unavailable after inquiry, the customer may be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund if payment was already made due to an error or out-of-stock issue.
We offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods to make the order process simple and reliable for customers. Size charts may be provided where applicable, and customers are responsible for selecting their own size. All communication, including size confirmations, product confirmations, address confirmations, and order approval, may serve as proof of transaction.
Dripify offers free shipping unless otherwise stated before order confirmation. Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, local taxes, or local charges. If any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges apply, they must be covered by the receiver. Customs procedures vary by country and are outside our control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with their local customs and import regulations. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, high shipping volumes, holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, preparation timelines, fulfillment timelines, operational constraints, or other events outside our control.
