Dripify offers free shipping on orders unless otherwise stated before order confirmation. Shipping takes place after quality check and customer confirmation when applicable.
Pre-shipping QC photos or videos may be provided before shipping where applicable. Orders are shipped after quality control and customer confirmation where required. Tracking details are provided once available.
The following delivery estimates apply to eligible orders:
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timelines may be affected by customs processing, high shipping volumes, holidays, customs inspections, carrier backlogs, weather conditions, production, preparation, fulfillment, logistics delays, or operational constraints of shipping partners. Such delays are a normal part of international shipping and are outside of our control.
Free shipping applies to eligible orders unless otherwise stated before order confirmation. Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges. These remain the responsibility of the receiver if applicable.
International shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, local taxes, or clearance fees depending on the destination country. These procedures vary from country to country and are outside our control.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with their local customs and import regulations. If additional customs fees, import duties, clearance fees, or local charges apply, they must be covered by the receiver.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier and tracking confirmation is provided, the delivery is considered completed. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, accessed by third parties, or taken after delivery. Any such claims must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
If an incorrect shipping address was confirmed by the customer, any delivery failure, return, delay, or additional cost is the buyer's responsibility.
