Full policy for cancellations, exchanges, refunds, and returns.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the stage of the order and the condition of the item. Customers should contact support as soon as possible if there is an issue.
If the customer cancels before order processing begins, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. If order preparation or processing has already begun, cancellation will result in an 8% deduction to cover payment processing and internal handling fees.
If real customer photos, QC photos, or product sample photos were provided before payment or confirmation, the order generally cannot be cancelled because the product style and quality were disclosed before purchase.
Production schedules, holiday delays, preparation delays, fulfillment delays, and logistics timelines are not valid reasons for cancellation or refund. Minor variations in stitching, finishing, color, or materials are normal and are not considered defects. Dissatisfaction based on subjective quality expectations does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
If cancellation is due to an out-of-stock item or an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are not accepted for any reason once the order has shipped. The only exception is if the package is officially confirmed lost in transit or confirmed to be undeliverable.
In rare cases where a shipment is still eligible to be returned before reaching the final delivery stage, cancellation may be considered upon customer request. Such cancellations are subject to return logistics, processing, and handling fees. Fees will be confirmed with the customer before proceeding.
Changes to item or size can only be requested if no real customer photos, QC photos, or product sample photos were provided before payment or confirmation.
If real photos or videos of the product were provided before payment, exchanges are generally not allowed because the item's style and details were already confirmed in advance. If the customer still insists on changing the item after confirmation, a $15 handling fee per item exchanged may apply to cover additional processing and coordination costs.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be offered instead. Slight variations in finishing or color may occur and are not considered valid reasons for free exchanges.
Size charts are provided where applicable, and customers are responsible for selecting their own size. If a product matches the confirmed description and size chart shared before purchase, dissatisfaction due to fit or style does not automatically qualify for refund or exchange.
If the customer is not satisfied with the fit after delivery, an exchange may be arranged only if the item is unused and all tags are intact. All related costs, including return shipping, resending fees, customs charges, clearance fees, and local charges, are the customer's responsibility. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any signs of use, wear, odor, damage, or alteration will make the item ineligible for exchange or return.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
All return and resend shipping costs, plus any customs or clearance fees, are paid by the customer unless otherwise confirmed by Dripify Ltd. Free shipping applies to the original eligible order shipment only and does not automatically cover return shipping, resend shipping, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges.
If a customer claims that an item was damaged upon receipt, a return may be accepted. The customer must initially cover the return shipping costs. After inspection, if the damage is verified as unintentional and consistent with possible shipping-related issues based on original QC photos, a refund may be issued, including the return shipping fee.
Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. A 5% bank or payment processing deduction may apply where applicable.
